Author Guidelines
The World Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Future Education (WCAFE 2026) follows a two-stage submission process designed to ensure scientific quality while providing authors with a clear, transparent, and efficient review procedure. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and relevant to the conference themes.

Stage 1. Extended Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract for the initial scientific evaluation. Only abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will receive an official invitation to submit the full manuscript.
Extended Abstract Requirements
- Language: English
- Length: 250–400 words
- Keywords: 4–6
- Author(s), affiliation, country, ORCID and email address
- Research objectives
- Methodology (for empirical studies)
- Main findings or expected contribution
- References (optional, maximum five)
Extended abstracts are evaluated according to scientific originality, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of objectives, methodological quality, academic significance, and potential contribution to the field.
Stage 2. Full Paper Submission
Authors whose extended abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit the complete manuscript for double-blind peer review and possible publication in the official conference proceedings.

- Length: 5,000–7,000 words

- A4 Page Size
- Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 2.5 cm
- Pages must be numbered

The Scientific Committee welcomes original theoretical, empirical, comparative, interdisciplinary, review, and practice-oriented studies. Submitted manuscripts must not have been published or be under consideration elsewhere.
References
Authors are expected to follow internationally recognized citation standards throughout the manuscript. Consistency in referencing is essential.

For consistency across the conference proceedings, authors are strongly encouraged to use APA 7th Edition unless another internationally recognized citation style is standard within their discipline.
Figures, Tables and Illustrations
Figures, tables, photographs, charts and other illustrations should enhance the scientific quality of the manuscript and must be properly integrated into the text.
- Number all figures and tables consecutively.
- Provide concise titles and informative captions.
- Cite the original source whenever applicable.
- Images should be of publication quality (minimum 300 dpi recommended).
- All figures and tables must be referenced within the manuscript.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
The responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and similar tools, is permitted for language editing, translation, proofreading and technical assistance.
- Artificial Intelligence systems cannot be listed as authors.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy and integrity of their work.
- AI-generated text, figures or analyses must be carefully verified before submission.
- Any substantial use of AI tools should be appropriately disclosed in the manuscript.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to request clarification regarding the use of AI-assisted content.
Artificial Intelligence should support scholarly communication but must never replace scientific responsibility, critical thinking, ethical judgment, or human authorship.

Publication Opportunities
Accepted full papers will be published in the official electronic WCAFE 2026 Conference Proceedings.
- Official Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
- Individual DOI identifiers may be assigned where applicable.
- Permanent online publication and conference archive.
- Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in partner journals following an additional independent peer-review process.
Recommendation to a partner journal does not guarantee publication. Authors must satisfy the editorial policies and peer-review requirements of the receiving journal.
Publication Ethics and Author Responsibilities
Authors are expected to follow internationally accepted standards of publication ethics throughout the submission, review and publication process.
- The submitted manuscript must be original.
- The manuscript must not be under review or published elsewhere.
- All listed authors must have approved the submission.
- Ethical approval must be obtained whenever required.
- Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
- All data, figures and references must be accurate and properly cited.
- Plagiarism, fabricated data, falsification and duplicate publication are strictly prohibited.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials.
Copyright and License
Authors retain the copyright of their work. By submitting a manuscript to WCAFE 2026, authors grant the conference the right to publish accepted papers in the official conference proceedings and related conference publications.
Further publication of selected papers in partner journals remains subject to the editorial policies and copyright agreements of the respective journals.
