Publication Policies
1. Scope of Publication
WCAFE 2026 publishes original and previously unpublished research that falls within the conference themes. Submissions must demonstrate scientific originality, methodological rigor, academic relevance, and practical significance.
2. Conference Proceedings
Accepted full papers will be published in the official electronic proceedings of the World Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Future Education (WCAFE 2026).
The proceedings will receive:
- Official ISBN
- Permanent online archive
- Table of Contents
- Author Index
- Conference publication record
Where applicable, individual DOI identifiers may be assigned to published papers.
3. Peer Review Policy
Publication decisions are based on independent scientific evaluation.
The publication workflow includes:
- Extended Abstract Evaluation
- Invitation for Full Paper
- Editorial Screening
- Similarity Check
- Double-Blind Peer Review
- Final Editorial Decision
Only papers that successfully complete the review process will be published.
4. Originality Policy
Submitted manuscripts must:
- be original;
- not have been previously published;
- not be under review elsewhere;
- properly acknowledge all sources.
Plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.
5. Similarity Check
All manuscripts undergo similarity screening before peer review.
Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts if excessive textual similarity is identified.
6. Artificial Intelligence Policy
Artificial Intelligence tools may be used for:
- language editing;
- grammar correction;
- translation;
- technical assistance.
However,
- AI systems cannot be listed as authors.
- Authors remain fully responsible for all submitted content.
- Significant AI assistance should be disclosed where appropriate.
7. Copyright
Authors retain the copyright of their work.
By submitting a manuscript, authors grant WCAFE the non-exclusive right to publish accepted papers in the official conference proceedings and conference website.
8. Publication Ethics
WCAFE follows internationally recognized principles of publication ethics.
Authors are expected to:
- report research honestly;
- avoid plagiarism;
- disclose conflicts of interest;
- acknowledge funding sources where applicable;
- obtain ethical approval whenever required.
9. Corrections and Retractions
If significant errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, the conference reserves the right to publish:
- corrections;
- expressions of concern;
- retractions,
where appropriate.
10. Conference Proceedings
The conference proceedings are intended to provide rapid dissemination of accepted scientific contributions.
Publication in the proceedings does not prevent authors from submitting an expanded and substantially revised version of their work to an academic journal, provided that the policies of the receiving journal permit such submission.
11. Partner Journals
Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in partner journals after an additional independent peer-review process.
Recommendation does not guarantee publication.
Each journal makes its own editorial decision.
12. Open Access
Conference proceedings will be freely accessible through the official WCAFE website.
Readers may view, download, and cite published papers for academic and research purposes.
13. Disclaimer
The opinions expressed in published papers are those of the authors.
They do not necessarily reflect the views of the Organizing Committee, Scientific Committee, sponsors, or partner institutions.
Policy Updates
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise these Publication Policies whenever necessary. Any updates will be published on the official WCAFE website before the conference
